Private 1:1 Yoga in Market Deeping

Yoga built around you

Sometimes you want a little more time, attention and space to explore.

Private 1:1 yoga gives you the opportunity to work with me individually, whether you're completely new to yoga, want to develop your existing practice, have a particular goal in mind or simply prefer learning one-to-one.

You don't need to be flexible, experienced or even know exactly what you want to work on.

We start with where you are today.

Enquire about private 1:1 Yoga

A group yoga class can be wonderful, but sometimes you need something more individual.

You might want to understand a pose that never quite makes sense in class. You might want to improve your mobility, balance or strength. Perhaps there's something you'd love to be able to do and you're not sure how to work towards it.

Or you might simply feel more comfortable starting yoga privately before joining a group.

In a one-to-one yoga session, there's no class to keep up with and nobody else's practice to compare yourself to. We have time to ask questions, try things, change things and discover what works for your body.

Why choose private yoga?

1:1 yoga could be right for you if...

You're completely new to yoga

Learn the foundations at your own pace and build confidence before joining a class, if that's where you'd eventually like to go.

You want to develop your Yoga practice

If you've practised for a while, individual sessions give us the freedom to explore more challenging poses, transitions, strength and movement skills.

There’s something you want to learn

Perhaps it's balancing, getting stronger or more flexible, or something you've seen for years and thought, "I want to learn to do that."

You want movement to feel easier again

If stiffness, aches or discomfort are limiting what you do, we'll explore ways to move while gradually building more confidence.

You want more individual feedback

We can break movements down, experimenting with different approaches and understanding why something feels the way it does.

You simply prefer one to one coaching

You don't need to have a problem to justify private yoga. Some people simply enjoy learning this way.
